Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service

Chata360 is a fortune reading service that combines an automated analysis system (artificial intelligence) with calculations drawn from 6 ancient divination sciences. All analysis results are provided for entertainment purposes only.

• •Fortune reading results do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or any other professional advice
• •You should not rely on fortune reading results as the primary basis for making important life decisions
• •Chata360 does not guarantee the accuracy or precision of any analysis results
• •If you require specialized advice, please consult the relevant professional

2. Account Registration

• •Users under 20 years of age must obtain parental or guardian consent before registering, per Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562
• •You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account
• •Each account is for one individual user only — account sharing is not permitted
• •We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms of Service

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

• •Free plan: the number of readings per day and the divination sciences available are as stated on the pricing page
• •Paid plans are billed as monthly subscriptions; plan names, prices, and entitlements are as stated on the pricing page
• •Subscription fees are charged automatically each month until you cancel
• •Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days prior notice

4. Refund Policy

• •Monthly subscriptions — you may cancel at any time and continue using the service until the end of your current billing cycle
• •We do not provide refunds for billing periods that have already begun, whether partial or in full
• •One-time purchases — once the system has generated your report, the digital product is considered delivered in full and is not refundable. This is disclosed before every purchase
• •If you have paid but the system could not generate your report, please contact us within 7 days. We will regenerate it, or refund you in the case where you never received the report

5. Prohibited Use

Users agree not to:

• •Use the service for any unlawful or unethical purpose
• •Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts of other users without authorization
• •Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the service
• •Copy, modify, or distribute Chata360 content without permission
• •Use fortune reading results to deceive, threaten, or cause harm to others
• •Create multiple accounts to circumvent free plan limitations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, text, graphics, and software on Chata360 are the property of Chata360 and are protected by intellectual property laws. Fortune reading results generated for you belong to you; however, the automated analysis system (artificial intelligence) and the algorithms used to produce those results remain the property of Chata360.

7. Cancellation and Service Suspension

• •You may cancel your account at any time through your Profile page
• •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service without prior notice
• •We may discontinue or modify the service at any time, with at least 30 days notice to paid users
• •In the event that we discontinue the service, paid users will receive a prorated refund for the remaining days in their billing cycle

8. Limitation of Liability

Chata360 is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on fortune reading results.
